Coronavirus – SAFETY PROCEDURES – SOCIAL DISTANCING
Before you come to the track:
Please do not come to the track, or out in public in general, if you feel feverish, have a cough or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for Coronavirus within the past 30 days
Print your release from our website. Read it carefully but DO NOT SIGN IT AT HOME. Bring the printed release and your own pen with you to the track and sign the release in presence of one of our track entry personnel. We request that you sign all paperwork in your vehicle, with our staff present at safe distance to witness signature.
Please come to the track on your own and provide a contact number in case of emergency or need. We are following social distancing guidelines and are requesting limited crowds. Adult must accompany a minor family member.
Please bring exact change for entry
AT THE TRACK:
Please park as directed and as marked. Keep your personal staging area at least 10 feet from the next personal staging area. Avoid gathering with others outside of your household
Members of the public at the track are to wear a protective mask at all times. Riders are to wear a mask when they are not wearing a helmet
Wash Your Hands Washing your hands is one of the most important steps you can take in staying healthy. Our bathrooms will be open for handwashing. Please also bring your own personal 60% alcohol based hand sanitizer to use when you cannot access the bathroom.
Cover Your Mouth and Nose Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow when coughing or sneezing. It may prevent those around you from getting sick.
Avoid Touching Your Face Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands. Germs are often spread when a person touches something that is contaminated with germs and then touches his or her eyes, nose, or mouth.
Practice Social Distancing at all times: Keep at least 6 feet between you and others here at the track. When seated in grandstands, please observe 6 feet social distancing seated boundaries and track personnel indicated seating parameters as marked
WE WILL NOT ADMIT MORE RIDERS/SPECTATORS THAN WE CAN SAFELY SEAT AS PER SOCIAL DISTANCING/CDC GUIDELINES
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dennis at 724-757-6079 before you head to the track. These are challenging times for all of us. Let’s have fun, but be smart, safe, and responsible to everyone around us.
