Saturday, June 24th Show Cancelled

****FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE****

LATROBE, PA (June 24, 2023) Latrobe Speedway officials were forced to cancel Saturday’s program due to rain showers, intermittent downpours, and a forecast of more precipitation throughout the day.

Initially scheduled for June 24, the Bill Finlay Memorial for Joe’s Auto Body & Towing Pure Stocks will be run on a date to be announced when finalized.

On Saturday, July 1, it’s the return of the 410 Winged Sprint Cars at the big half-mile with a 25-lap, $3,000 to-win Fast Five racing, and Fireworks! The 410 race previously scheduled for August 26 has been canceled to support the Sprint Car Spectacular wFAST Sprints at the Lernerville Speedway.

Also on the card will be the K2 Engineering Crate Late Models, the Joe’s Auto Body & Towing Pure Stocks, the Special T Metals LLC Modified 4 Cylinders, and the Dean Pollock Hobby Stocks debut.

General Admission prices for FAST-FIVE racing are; Adults: $25, Seniors: $22, Military: $22, Kids 7-11: $20, and Kids 6 and under are always free.

PIT Gate prices; Adults:$45, and Youth: $25.

PIT Gates open at 4 p.m., the Grandstands at 5 p.m., and FAST-FIVE Racing at 7.

The Latrobe Speedway Kidz Klub will tour the Pits on Saturday before hot laps. Go to www.latrobemotorsports.com and click the Kidz Klub tab for the registration form if your child still needs to be signed up.
