OPENING DAY, TAKE 2 – CANCELLED

UNITY TWP, PA- Excessive rain on Friday overnight, along with soaked grounds and a forecast of scattered showers later today, April 29, has forced Latrobe Speedway officials to cancel Take Two of Opening Night 2023.

Third Time is a Charm – Opening Night Take Three will occur next Saturday, May 6, 2023. Fast Five divisions, including the IMCA 305 Sprint Cars of the Allegheny Strint Tour and the Laurel Highlands Sprint Series, will compete at the big half-mile speedplant.

Also, on opening night will be the K2 Engineering Crate Late Models, the Joe’s Body Shop Pure Stocks, the Speciality Metals Modified 4 Cylinders, and the Marilungo Disposal LLC Strictly Stock 4 Cylinders.

Latrobe Speedway is excited to announce the debut of our new My Laps timing system on Saturday, May 6.

PIT Gate prices; Adults:$30, and Youth: $15

Grandstand gates open at 5 p.m., PITS open at 4 p.m., with racing at 7 p.m.
