Mother Natures Scores Again; Next Race is the 2nd Annual Charlie Field Memorial

****FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE****

LATROBE, PA (July 1, 2023) Mother Nature wins yet again. We absolutely tried everything possible, but Mother Nature would not give up. We had the track about ran in from a prior rain shower, and she opened back up; just too much to handle in the pits and on track. We made an effort, and the only thing left to say is hope to see everyone next week for the Second Annual Charlie Field Memorial.

The Charlie Field Memorial will consist of the Fast Five divisions, including the K2 Engineering Crate Late Models, the Bower Farms Racesaver 305 Sprints, the Joe’s Body Shop Pure Stocks, the Speciality Metals Modified 4 Cylinders, and the Marilungo Disposal LLC Strictly Stock 4 Cylinders.

originally scheduled for July 1, has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 8, after the night’s racing program.

General Admission prices for FAST-FIVE racing are; Adults: $15, Seniors:

$12, Military: $12, Kids 7-11: $10, and Kids 6 and under are always free.

PIT Gate prices; Adults:$35, and Youth: $20.

PIT Gates open at 4 p.m., the Grandstands at 5 p.m., and FAST-FIVE Racing at 7.

The Latrobe Speedway Kidz Klub will tour the Pits on Saturday before hot laps. Go to www.latrobemotorsports.com and click the Kidz Klub tab for the registration form if your child still needs to be signed up.
