HOMAK PENN OHIO PRO STOCK TOURING SERIES RETURNS TO LATROBE SPEEDWAY ON MAY 25

HOMAK PENN OHIO PRO STOCK TOURING SERIES KICKS OFF THE MEMORIAL DAY CLASH ON SATURDAY, MAY 25.

LATROBE, PA (May 21, 2024): The Latrobe Speedway welcomes the Homak Penn Ohio Pro Stock Touring Series as they kick off their season on Saturday, May 25, as part of the Memorial Day Clash, which pays $1,200 to win and $200 to start.

Mother Nature hasn’t been kind to Latrobe Speedway so far in May. Since opening day on April 27, there have been three straight rainouts.

Chris Schneider, multi-Homak Penn Ohio Point Champion, sits at the top of the leaderboard in weekly series points with seven races, 707 points, and two wins. Brandon Connor sits second with 511 points after five races and three wins. Third through Fifth place sitters Tim Bish, Cody Koteles, and Dale Tuche have raced four times, with Bish and Koteles each finding victory lane.

Familiar racers to Latrobe Speedway fans, Tommy Dembowski sits seventh in weekly points, and Brett Hutira is currently 10th.

Other racers expected to participate in the first Homak Penn Ohio Pro Stock Tour race of 2024 are Andrew Gordon, who won the first Penn Ohio Tour race at Latrobe Speedway, and Brandon Conner, who won the 2023 Fall Fest finale.

The K2 Engineering FASTrak Pro Late Models, the Joe’s Body Shop and Towing Pure Stocks, the Special T Metals LLC Modified Four Cylinders, and the Marilungo Disposal LLC Strictly Stock Four Cylinders join the Homak Penn Ohio Pro Stock Touring Series for the Memorial Day Clash.
